I offer in person personal training, either at the client’s home or at a private gym. Each session is 60 minutes long. During your consultation we’ll discuss which option is best for you.

Custom Macros


After completing a 60- Minute One-On-One Nutrition Consultation with me, I’ll provide you with a Custom Precision Nutrition Calorie, Macro and Portion Guide. This includes multiple methods for tracking your food, a handful of recipe ideas and custom calorie, protein, fat and carb macros.

Customized Self-Led Program

This is a great option for women who already have experience lifting. After your consultation, I’ll design a customized lifting program to help you reach your goals. Your program will be tailored to the equipment you have access to: commercial gym, home gym or body weight/bands only.

Personal Training

I design customized personal training programs for all of my clients. Whether you're brand new to weight lifting or have been lifting for years I’ll work with you to create a program that best meets your needs and delivers results. Your customized program will include the specific movements, sets, reps and weights as well as all progressions. Depending on how many active days a week we aim for, I’ll also give you details for any weight lifting and cardio homework to be done on your own. Our strength training sessions will be one-on-one for a 60-minute session. The duration of your weight lifting and cardio homework will be designed to meet your needs- they can vary from 20 minute to 2 hour workouts.

I specialize in women’s health with areas of focus in pre and post natal fitness, weight loss, functional training, heavy weight lifting and longevity. In addition to your strength training program, I provide nutritional guidance. I am certified from Precision Nutrition as a Level 1 Coach.
