Labor Intensity Interval Training (ProNatal)
Birth Prep: mental prep, pushing practice and postpartum recovery education
Customized Self-Led Monthly Program
This is a great option for women who already have experience lifting. After your consultation, I’ll design a customized lifting program to help you reach your goals, pricing is based on how many different workouts per week you’d like.

Postpartum Specific Training Includes
Core Recovery Protocol to rebuild your core and pelvic floor strength and reduce stress incontinence (goodbye leaking!)
Diastasis Recti Recovery
Parenthood ADLs (activities of daily living) - ex. proper techniques to hinge over bath tubs & cribs or safely single arm carry a carseat without throwing out your back/neck
Sport specific training/readiness

Personal Training
I design customized personal training programs for all of my clients. Whether you're brand new to weight lifting or have been lifting for years I’ll work with you to create a program that best meets your needs and delivers results. Your customized program will include the specific movements, sets, reps and weights as well as all progressions. Depending on how many active days a week we aim for, I’ll also give you details for any weight lifting and cardio homework to be done on your own. Our strength training sessions will be one-on-one for a 60-minute session. The duration of your weight lifting and cardio homework will be designed to meet your needs- they can vary from 20 minute to 2 hour workouts.
I specialize in women’s health with areas of focus in pre and post natal fitness, weight loss, functional training, heavy weight lifting and longevity. In addition to your strength training program, I provide nutritional guidance. I am certified from Precision Nutrition as a Level 1 Coach.
